We offer a full refund if your expert doesn't show up or if the session is significantly shorter than 30 minutes. For quality concerns, contact us within 24 hours and we'll work with you to find a resolution.
Absolutely! Many clients book multiple sessions with the same expert. After your first session, you can rebook directly through the expert's profile page. Repeat clients often get priority scheduling.
Every expert goes through a rigorous vetting process: we verify their professional background, check references, and conduct a trial session. We only accept experts with 5+ years of relevant experience and strong communication skills.
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable. Experts can reschedule with 48 hours notice.
